Use of the Service

• You must have the authority to connect a Facebook account and display content on your site. You are responsible for the selection and display of your content.
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook’s Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time to maintain compliance, security, or performance.

Facebook Login and Tokens

• To use the Service, you authorize SocialGallery via Facebook Login. We store access tokens securely to fetch only the data you granted and only for the purpose of rendering your galleries.
• Tokens typically expire after 60 days; you may revoke authorization at any time via your Facebook settings.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you choose to display, and for complying with applicable laws and third-party rights.
• You will not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with its operation.

Intellectual Property

The Service and Website, including software, text, and design, are the property of their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Service under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not control Facebook’s availability or your account permissions, and the Service may be limited or unavailable if Facebook changes APIs or if authorization is revoked or expired.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected misuse or security risks. Upon termination, your token will be invalid or deleted and gallery access to Facebook data will cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
